主讲人简介：

张焕水，山东科技大学/山东大学杰出教授，国家杰青/长江学者

1997年获得东北大学博士学位，1994-1999年任职泰山学院副教授，1999-2003山东大学教授，2003-2006哈尔滨工业大学教授，2006年入选山东省泰山学者特聘教（首批）和山东大学杰出教授，2008年获得“国家杰出青年科学基金”，2010年当选教育部“长江学者”特聘教授。现任山东科技大学电气与自动化工程学院院长。

主要研究方向是随机系统、时滞系统、网络化系统、分布式系统的滤波与控制等。发表重要期刊论文200余篇，会议论文100余篇。先后主持国家自然科学基金重点项目、国际重大合作交流项目、973项目子课题等国家级项目20余项。荣获国家奖一项、省部级奖两项，三次获重要国际学术会议最佳论文奖。先后担任IEEE Trans. Automatic Control，IEEE Trans. Circuits & Systems-I: Regular Papers等多个国内外权威期刊副主编/编委。

讲座内容：

【LQ最优控制的Stackelberg方法】

In this talk, we study the LQ control with Stackelberg strategy. The challenging and difficulty of the problems are discussed for both the cases of open-loop and closed-loop. Then we proposed a method of solving FBDEs to derive the necessary and sufficient solution to the open-loop controller, and apply the full information linear feedback to derive the closed-loop controller with the state of current and previous time. The presented results represent the substantial progress of the optimal control of Stackelberg strategy.
